On Sunday (18 July) Raigad XI (Krishna XI Bandra) easily won the final of rainy rubber ball cricket tournament organized by Pant Nagar Boys at Ghatkopar against experienced Vikhrolians. In a two overs per side game, Raigad set a target of 29 runs to Vikhrolians. In reply, Vikhrolians managed only 9 runs and lost the game by 19 runs. Yogesh Pawar – Maharashtra Ranji player (13* runs 6b) along with Sagar Ranpise (12* runs 3b) played vital innings for the Raigad XI. In the bowling department, Bipin Zatakia leads the side to the victory.
